Paul Nuyens, CLIA Membership Manager, says: "In addition to existing benefits, such as Cruise Academy with unique sources of information, access to special promotions, events and email support, news messages and the CLIA Facebook group for agents On trips, there are new initiatives planned for 2020. For example, we will focus specifically on initial advisors or advisors who never sold cruise ships with special events and a corresponding cruise guide before, and we will offer the unique opportunity to look behind the scenes at a shipyard. Sustainability is a very important issue and we will begin to actively work on it in 2020. Advances in the cruise industry in the field of sustainability are progressing rapidly and the course helps you to give a good answer to the potentially critical questions of your clients on this topic, there will also be a Dutch version of the cruiseexperts.org website where Consumers can visit an official cruise advisor in their region.
